Frequently Asked Questions

Not sure what size lawn you have?

No problem! We want to make sure you get the most accurate pricing possible. If you aren't sure which category your lawn fits into, you have two easy options:

Option 1: The "Zillow Check" – Most homeowners can find their total lot square footage on Zillow or their local property tax site. Just subtract the "footprint" of your house, and that is your mow-able area!

Option 2: Send us a Photo – Use the Contact page to send us a quick message with your address. We can use satellite imaging to give you an exact quote within 24 hours—no home visit required!

Why go Weekly over Bi-Weekly Mowing?

While we offer both, Weekly Mowing is highly recommended for the best results.

Lawn Health: Weekly cuts prevent "scalping" (yellowing) and keep roots strong.

Cleaner Finish: Bi-weekly grass often grows too long to cut cleanly, leading to unsightly clumps.

Cost Efficiency: Bi-weekly mows during peak season often require double-cutting or raking, they are subject to labor surcharge.

Premium Monthly Subscription (Weekly): is the best way to ensure a perfectly manicured lawn.

Why do I need to combine Aeration, Overseeding, and Fertilization instead of just doing one?

Think of these three services as a "triple threat" for a perfect lawn.

Core Aeration: opens up the soil so your lawn can breathe and absorb water.

Overseeding: takes advantage of those open holes to put new, premium grass seed directly into the soil where it can actually grow.

Fertilization & Pre-Emergent: acts as the fuel and the shield—feeding the new seed so it grows deep roots while blocking weeds from moving into the empty spaces.

When you do all three together, you aren't just maintaining your yard; you are actively thickening the turf so it naturally crowds out weeds and stays green with less water. It is the most cost-effective way to get a "golf course" look at home.
