How the Premium Plan Works for You: With this plan, we offer flexible care during slower turf growth periods (like the dry summer stretch). If your lawn doesn't require a heavy cut on a given week, we dynamically switch that visit to a bi-weekly mow schedule. For the other two visits that month, our team will instead dedicate 30 minutes per visit to custom landscape bed weed maintenance—giving your yard complete, top-to-bottom care at no extra cost.
Weekly Frequency Rate: starting at $200.00/month for standard yards ($50/visit equivalent) and $260.00+/month for larger properties ($65+/visit equivalent).
Contract Term: Requires a minimum commitment of 4 consecutive months, converting to month-to-month thereafter. Payment Terms: Due at the beginning of the month.
Option C: Monthly "Reset" Mow (Pay-Per-Visit)
Best For: Low-maintenance properties or non-irrigated native lawns that do not require frequent care.
Rate: Starts at $120.00 per single visit. Why it's higher: 4 weeks of growth puts extreme strain on equipment and requires intensive labor, slower cutting speeds, and mandatory double-cutting to ensure a clean look.
Key Rule: Billed as non-priority scheduling; service may be delayed a couple of days during weather events.
Option E: Standalone "One-Time" Priority Mow
Best For: Emergency single cuts, real estate listings, or clients between services who are not looking for a recurring contract.
Rate: Standard base property rate + a $35.00 Priority Scheduling Surcharge (billed a la carte; due immediately upon completion).
Key Rule: Strict "as-routed" timing. Service is completed strictly when a crew is already operating in your immediate neighborhood; custom time slots cannot be accommodated.

Bagging & Off-Site Hauling: Clippings are bagged, loaded into our truck, hauled away, and disposed of at a commercial landscape facility. +$25.00 to $35.00+ extra per visit (Price may scale up for heavy spring overgrowth).
Landscape Bed Weed Maintenance Add-On
Service Description: Complete detailing of rock beds, mulch rings, walkways, and driveway seams. We targeted hand-pulling of highly visible weeds.
Targeted Weed Spraying/Products: Application of professional-grade pre-emergent or post-emergent herbicide to targeted garden beds or gravel zones.
Starting at $20.00 to $30.00 per gallon and at +$60/1000 sq ft of non liquid product.
Note: A specialized pet-safe herbicide formula is available for an additional charge of $60.00 per half-gallon application.

Condition: Beds are generally clean with 10–20 small, scattered young weeds starting to break through.
Flat Add-On Rate: +$30.00 to $35.00 per visit.(Includes complimentary off-site hauling and disposal).
Tier 2: Medium Bed Clean-Out (Approx. 30 mins on-site)
Condition: Weeds are clearly visible from the street. Thistles, crabgrass, and dandelions are actively spreading along fence lines and around tree mulch rings but have not yet gone to seed.
Flat Add-On Rate: +$60.00 to $65.00 per visit.(Includes complimentary off-site hauling and disposal).
Tier 3: Heavy Bed Jungle / Reset (Approx. 60 mins on-site)
